Effect of Going Outside Regularly.
The question of whether or not people are spending enough time outside is one that is highly debated. Many people believe that the general population, especially children in today's day and age aren’t spending nearly as much time outdoors as they should be. Opponents believe that people are spending enough time indoors and that staying inside isn’t a problem at all. As for me, I believe that people should absolutely go outside way more than they currently do. I think that spending time outdoors can be a very peaceful and calming experience, also going outdoors and playing or exercising can be very beneficial to your body and your health, going outdoors can also be helpful to the body as absorbing vitamins from the sun and breathing fresh air is good for the body.
